I am fed up living in a cold house. Follow me on the quest to make my house warm. I am going to talk to people who already have done it, knocking on doors whenever I spot a nicely padded wall or shiny double-glazed windows. I shall meet double glazing companies, talk to the Energy Saving Trust, deal with the Association of Insulation Companies. Then of course I shall meet the builders.
Will it be expensive? Will it be fun? I only hope it will be warmer.

Coldest March since 50 years
My birthday is in March. And never ever has it been so cold on this day. Met Office gave us a severe weather warning for the weekend to come. There will be snow, lots of snow. Partner is very happy, packed his car, and went of skiing.
